File systems other than on my iPad and iCloud are not available

The other File systems such as google Drive or OneDrive are not available for us to choose the workspace folder from. I think that that many people here do not store their code on their local machines, instead they use the cloud services for i ntegration. It would be great if you add the feature.

I am aware of this problem. To fix this, I’ll need to implement the specific APIs of each cloud storage providers. This is on the to-do list.

Currently, you can open a single file from these locations by holding the explorer icon on the side bar and select open file.

Do you have any idea when it could be implemented

I don't have a timetable yet as there's quite a number of cloud storage providers. Which provider are you using?

I’m personally looking for support for one drive

I guess it would be nice to have implementations for Nextcloud/Owncloud (Should be the same), GDrive, OneDrive, iCloud and then all the stuff like Dropbox etc.

I would love to know if there’s any update on a timetable for this? I just bought the app thinking I’d be able to access a Dropbox folder but sadly no can do, which renders that purchase a bit redundant for my uses.

OneDrive would be awesome thanks!

Same for me, but using google drive. Not really any use for the app when I don't have access to loading and saving my directories. But there's no app that matches this one, so implementing the google drive API (for my case) would make all the difference!

Thanks for the comments. Now that we have remote ssh support, adding support for these cloud file providers would be easier. I will re-visit this in the coming month.

Meanwhile, please note that it's possible to open a single file (as opposed to the whole directory) from these cloud drives.

Sounds great! It's nice to at least be able to open individual files, but after I've opened one file (from Google drive), when I try to open another one, from anywhere, I click the file to open, nothing happens except the Files window closes. Must be a bug. And when i save it (only possible with keyboard?) it says I don't have permission to save in the folder "inbox". Strange in the first place, as it's the app's own directory(?), but what I really want is to save it to where it was opened, on Google drive.

In the perfect world I could open files and folders from the cloud, edit them and press save (or auto save would be even better) to overwrite the file that was opened (not in the 'inbox').

Hope this all makes sense :)
