Is it possible to add homebrew support? Command installation support?

Or can I build my own toolchain in the code app? Like compiling source code for programs e.g. gcc/binutils? I was planning to use this as a portable computer for microcontroller e.g. arduino programming (programs would be uploaded over the air so sending code into the mcu isnt the issue to me)
