Issue when running a program again

Whenever I run the program in C, and wants to rerun it it does not respond....... is there any solution to it? Also I cannot run java program on the app it shows could not find or load the main class

I am also facing problems in running c and c++ programs..... the code wont run and get stuck in one of the loop
