Cannot create virtualenv

Hello,

I bought code app for iPad OS recently. When I run python -m venv dmml’’, I am getting an error returned non-zero exit status 1’’. Attached is the screen shot. The directory dmml is getting created under virtual env. However, I don’t find the entire environment with pip, activate and other commands installed.

Also, I don’t find the source command to activate the specific environment. How will I activate a virtualenv?

Am I making some mistake?
