Scroll through settings options with external mouse

When MacBook is being used in clamshell mode and you can't use touchpad, there is no way to scroll through the settings options as mouse wheel on external mouse doesn't work.

Be good if you can enable so that scrolling mouse wheel up and down has the same effect of scrolling through settings left and right.

@liqfx Unfortunately, due to a lack of a second display features like this cannot be built by myself, at least not at this moment. If this project makes enough in donations I will upgrade to one. But until then I simply cannot add these.
