Control of layer ordering

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to display files with the top silkscreen above the top copper. KiCanvas does the same as KiCAD (ie copper is top most) but I think that is more defensible because it is for designing not viewing (ish)

Describe the solution you'd like A way of controlling the Z order of layers. eg being able to drag elements in the layer list.

Describe alternatives you've considered Fills can be set semi transparent which helps but I would like to be able to display a board as it would look IRL to make checking for designer mistakes easier.
