SSL Dashboard Configuration

Figure out how to quickly run the dashboard as HTTPS preferably leveraging a unique key generated for the individual process; worst case write a quick guide for using the openssl command line tool or the LetsEncrypt platform.

Future task to ensure collector scripts retrieve (or try to retrieve) data via secured protocols -- HTTPS/SSH/etc.
