In https://gohugo.io/getting-started/quick-start/ Step 1,step 2, step 3, step 4 work fine

This Error in step 5 Step 5: Start the Hugo server hugo server -D Start building sites … Built in 10 ms Error: Error building site: TOCSS: failed to transform "ananke/css/main.css" (text/css): resource "css/ananke/css/main.css_bb5467e0521bbea6b1e66429f6ec028e" not found in file cache

I see in ~/quickstart/themes/ananke/resources/_gen/assets/css/ananke/css/ main.css_5c99d70a7725bacd4c701e995b969fea.content main.css_5c99d70a7725bacd4c701e995b969fea.json

Maybe you need to update the submodule git submodule add https://github.com/theNewDynamic/gohugo-theme-ananke.git themes/ananke
