Hello @Ulf3000! Thanks for letting me know – it looks like Google just deprecated the preview release and slightly altered the model name.

I'll release a small update soon that will fix this (these 2 weeks are extremely hectic for me due to exams, but I'll do it ASAP). Meanwhile, if you'd really like to use Flash Lite, simply open your config.json and change the model name to gemini-2.0-flash-lite, and restart Writing Tools :)

Could you confirm if all the other models work fine for you?

yes i switched too flash 2.0 non lite trough the ui though , works fine.
