[Feature Request] Keep collapsed comments, collapsed

Basically when you collapse a comment that it says collapsed after you refresh.

I checked on the Tildes GitLab page and found this issue.

It's definitely doable by storing the topic and comment to collapse I think. My only doubt is how much intercooler.js is gonna mess with it

Just to update, I'm keeping this in the backlog as I think it should/will be a feature implemented in tildes core at some point soon enough. If not, the first moment we have an empty queue of features, it can be done.
