This implements feature request #39

  • Links will have an outline icon added next to the headline
  • Outline link respects users preference to open in new tab/windows
  • Setting to enable/disable feature, defaulted on
  • Setting to blacklist domains, defaulted with some common domains on tildes that don't work with outline.
