Add Outline button next to news article links

I submited gitlab issue to tildes, but it was rejected. Deimos said:

As much as I use Outline myself and would like to do this, it's against Outline's terms and is legally pretty iffy

The idea is, that we could have button or link next to tildes link articles, that would lead to outline version of the article.

Outline is service, that basically takes news article, removes all the clutter, such as recommended articles, comments, autoplaying videos, ads and displays it. Outline version is simply outline.com/{url of news article} (including the https:// part).

Is it possible to add it? Tildes cannot, but maybe browser extension could.

It shouldn't be hard at all.

I'll add it to the todo list and will try and add it to the next iteration.
