Add list indicator to route list on HTML guide

Feature Request:

As an HTML guide user, I would like to see which of the routes I have added to lists, e.g. Want-to-climb list, so that I don't have to switch between HTML and regular page

Currently the HTML guide does not show the list indicator.

Note: The HTML guide has the advantage of flattening an entire crag onto one page, so you can quickly browse an entire crag just by scrolling up and down.
