Tag "destroyed" should have more visibility

The tag "destroyed" should trigger a banner similar to "closed". Currently, it does not and you have to create a warning manually to make it obvious that there is no climbing at such a location.

Expected:

  • [ ] on route and area detail level, trigger a banner (compare to "closed")
  • [ ] on overview list, show that route/ares is destroyed (compare to "closed")
