Community Profiles - enhancements for deceased climbers

What happened?

Clearly mark profiles of deceased climbers and record date of death.

Currently a † sign is at the end of the displayed names. This should help for now. Example: https://www.thecrag.com/climber/davidlama

Follow-up changes required:

• [ ] add death date on profile
• [ ] auto add † sign to the profile name if death date is filled in
• [ ] freeze CPR graphs and stats with death date
• [ ] change wording of profile (eg remove "if you are XYZ and want claim the account...)
