I got a distribution built, however without https://github.com/indygreg/PyOxidizer/issues/95 it's pretty much impossible to actually build anything with PyOxidizer for Android, since there is no practical way to compile for Android...

Oh, and I can confirm that `make build` runs when downgrading `pipenv` to `2022.10.4`.

I can confirm this still happens on Arch Linux.

I removed the option and and added that commit to the PR. I also added a warning about "Syncthingy" to the custom Flatpak option.
