Summary

Addresses, but does not close, #1005

This PR adds a new chapter on moving typical collaborative activities, found at events like conferences, to online platforms. It discusses what might be different between online and in-person events and suggests some appropriate software to mitigate some of the challenges with online events.

We also provide a section on socialising at remote events.
