[Bug] Top of resource page header text boxes cut off

Description: For medium-width views, the tops of resource page headers are cut off (see screenshots below).

To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to:

• https://theprogrammershangout.com/resources/bot-development/bot-deployment-with-heroku.md
• https://theprogrammershangout.com/resources
• Any page with a lot of header text?

2. Make page medium width

Expected Behavior: Top margin of the header's text box to be equal to its bottom margin.

Environment:

• OS: 5.8.6-arch1-1
• Browser: Firefox 80.0.1 (64-bit)
• Browser: Chromium 85.0.4183.83 (64-bit)
