Feature: open in new tab & allow additional characters as email subject

I'd be happy to look into developing these features myself but do we need to have somekind of discussion first if this is wanted or not?

  1. I don't want to download PDFs and I don't want to open them in the current window, a new tab would be perfect.
  2. I'd like to forward emails (with subject "FWD: some subject") but ":" is disallowed I'd like to add this.

Would this be OK?

Re: 2 - Caught me too, most documents I add to paperless are forwarding an existing email chain, I like at least an option to allow me to more the FWD block. ALLOW_FORWARD = true

Maybe a STRIP_EMAIL_SUBJECT variable? It could be a space separated list of words like: "FWD: RE:" and would delete all the words and strip all remaining whitespace.

This is possible today, at least after setting PAPERLESS_INLINE_DOC=true and using ctrl+click on the preview
