We went with something Blueprint based because it is actually a structured fomat, for there are many tools (mocking servers, RPC libs) that can use it. But since both Blueprint and what Slate expects is Markdown, could be we could use Slate for the output with some massaging. Not sure if I think it looks that much more awesome that I consider it a priority though.
