🗒️ Description

Issue: Format of the attendee output in email form was breaking on mobile if you have too many custom fields during attendee information collection.

Solution: Added an option in the admin to output between List and Table. Table is existing to it's selected defaulted automatically, but if you choose the List option, a new template was created to output better on mobile.
