Optimize webpack bundle sizes

🗒️ Description

This PR updates product taskmaster to optimize webpack builds. The block editor files have also been updated to include vendor and module files as well as referencing externals from WP. This results in a significant reduction in bundle sizes while maintaining the same functionality.
