LDAP Groups not reachable

I'm using Nextcloud and I can get all of my LDAP User accounts to show up as autocomplete in the TO field, however the LDAP groups do not come up.

Oddly enough, if I use the Nextcloud Mail app, I can get the LDAP Groups to autocomplete but not the LDAP Users.
