Looks like the kexts didn't copy over properly from the repo symlink, thats why OpenCore cannot find Info.plist. Make sure you actually copy them over and not the symlinks.

@rostopira, NVMeFixup.kext was just updated hopefully fixing some kernel panic issues.

With Catalina onwards, you should not require any kext to enable the webcam.

If it works for a bit and then stops, its unlikely to be a kext driver issue. Start by removing programs from your load on startup selection to debug.
