How do I change the email address in my account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the email address in your account like you can with your other personal information. (And please do not change your email address by creating a new account with a new email address). You can change your email address by sending a message to [email protected] using one of the email addresses and specifying which email address is the old one and which is the new one. For additional verification, we also kindly ask you to send us your phone number and house address. We will then change it for you.
I'd say both!
