Move to allowing chains to contain multiple chat_rooms

• [ ] Backend: This requires a change in the database to use a one-to-many chain_chatrooms table.

  The default table is named after the chain.uid the next is called <uid>_<room_name>.

• [ ] Frontend: Each new room will be shown as a circlar image above the chat
