Level Creator: Properties list is semi-broken / hard to use

The properties list has some issues which make it hard to use:

• For some reason the list of properties seems to only cover half of the width it could actually use
• The caption “Value” is sometimes hidden, especially if the columns are long
• You can't see long values and you can't scroll
