Split user groups & tags

Given tags "Sport", "IT", "Sales". Given user groups "Raccoons", "Birds".

We should put users in User Groups, and Badges in tags, THEN link User Groups to Tags. (A group have access to a list of tagged entities).

=> Much simpler to handle imho.
