Some options prevent the spider for crawling further, for example, "Maximum depth to crawl". That's indicated in the Spider tab > Messages, under "Processed" column. Could you check that?
That's not a good example to base of.
I understood but replicate is not the best at least using OpenAPI add-on, if that's just for the base of the add-on that's ok otherwise the import itself better write...

How are you telling if it's being executed or not?
Issue title updated to better reflect the issue, the scripts are being executed it's not printing to the Script Console but ZAP's output on following runs.
