Dynamic resolution change

Does the element support a dynamic change of resolution without restarting the pipeline? I am trying by reconfiguring a capsfilter downstream, and by changing directly the sensor mode of the camera, but I have no success... Is it feasible?

I would also be interested in this. Will be trying some gst-python scripting over the next few days to see if changing parameters without restarting would work.
