Steps to Reproduce

Using the manual installation instructions ends with a service that doesn't work on Ubuntu 24.04. There are several missing dependencies and the application does not start in the end.

Docker is not an option. It may be great for developers, but for production environments not backed by devs Docker is not a good choice. I just want to run it on a server like every other application and not have to virtualize it inside of an already virtual environment.

This software seems cool. I want to use it. But in it's current form it is not suitable for deployment in an environment that's not staffed with developers, which makes it a non-starter for me.

For the record, I installed Hyperglass on Ubuntu 24.04 this morning and while yes, I did run into a few issues, I was able to resolve them and I am far from being a developer. There is nothing wrong whatsoever with the current form of the application, rather (to be honest) it sounds like a skill issue.
