Document upgrade and downgrade processes

Hi.

After reading the documentation it is not clear for me, how upgrade and downgrade processes should be performed over the solution. Could you please describe somewhere in the documentation:

• How to upgrade Thanos to the newer version (hopefully with no downtime)
• How to downgrade Thanos to the older version (hopefully with no downtime)
• Maybe some compatibility policies and notes between versions

Hi @zamazan4ik, I'd say normally you should be able to upgrade versions without any downtime by simply bumping Thanos version. Although Thanos does not have stable version, in line with our docs, we specify when there is a breaking change in our CHANGELOG in the release.

@matej-g does it mean that Thanos downgrade is not possible without full cluster reinstall?
