update the gem version so the new exclude functionality can be used

When I pulled the current gem it didn't include "excludes".

second good reason to update the gem version:

when I installed and ran the gem, I wound up with a bunch of files in

spec/fixtures*.yml

The latest code seems to have fixed this so they went where you'd expect

spec/fixtures/*.yml
