pinto fsck

Since I've twice now screwed up the repository by copying it around, see #51, perhaps a pinto fsck would be useful.

Right now I can think of a few things it could do...

  • Ensure all the tarballs which are in the index exist on the filesystem
  • Recheck their checksums
  • Ensure all the symlinks are symlinks

I see that as an extension of the current verify command.

  • Rechecking the checksums is on the TODO.
  • Verifying the symlinks is a neat idea. Will add that too.
