Feature idea: Bootstrap-powered file upload dialog

I stumbled across this https://bootstrapious.com/p/bootstrap-image-upload and also thinking of implementing a batch file upload on my wiki. It would be a great feature to have a more "modern" file upload page in the Tweeki skin, using what boostrap offers.
