Tweeki does not display SMW entity issue panel

With tweeki skin enabled, the entity issue panel ist not shown. Is is a problem, because sometimes the drop-down-navigation cannot be opened before the page is loaded completely. With this indicator not shown, the user has no hint when the navigation elements are working.

(Even better would be to show the navigation controls always before any SMW operations, but this is another, more complex problem).
