[Bug]: `Music Together` Listeners still stays when Host closes app without closing session and creates a new session

Reproduction steps

1. Enable music together plugin
2. join as host and invite a friend
3. Play any song from a playlist
4. let the host close app without closing session
5. reopen app and join as host
6. you see previous listener users still there but you as host aren't there

Expected Behavior

closing app closes any sessions and kicks out any listeners

Actual Behavior

closing the app continues the session and when restarting and hosting again, it will show you that listeners are connected even if you aren't there with them anymore

Not sure why this bug exists or its cause as it happens randomly and the session bugs out pretty often
