Reproduction steps

1. Get a big enough monitor
2. Fresh install/ enable in-app-menu plugin
3. can't select any buttons at the top right when not zoomed in (roughly <133% with 1920x1080p screen)

Expected Behavior

Be able to use buttons

Actual Behavior

Unable to use buttons, seems to be blocked by the in app menu being on top
