[Feature Request]: Skip Explicit Songs

Problem Description

It would be great to have an option to Skip Explicit Songs.

My reasoning is that, I use my Youtube account for Home and Work, and I don't mind explicit songs at home, and that would be not acceptable in certain workplaces.

I know that this can be changed under the YouTube account settings, though, I would like to just have this applied through the player when at work.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to Skip Explicit songs

Alternatives Considered

Change under Account Settings, though this would become tiresome.
