Channel Select does not work

Channel select does not work on my 40CX680B. I might have a go at fixing it myself, but it seems like you can only send a digit at a time, similar to how it would work with a regular remote, and so the TV only responds to single digit numbers.

I dont currently have access to a panasonic tv so i cant help you with fixing this issue. But if you'd like, you can have a go fixing it.

@Uweklaus I am sorry I still don't have access to any panasonic tvs. If you want to try it yourself i can look over your code if you want to.

Sorry I had a go at fixing this way back but never got around to testing the fix. I will try and find some time this weekend and if it works I'll send a pull request.
