Line widths in exported SVG files are sometimes a bit strange

Aspect ratio of lines when viewed in Inkscape are a bit off, particularly when the tree aspect ratio in IcyTree has been altered. Think this is due to Inkscape not supporting non-scaling-stroke. May have to manually transform lines to counter this.
