IcyTree

This repository contains the source for IcyTree: a javascript phylogenetic tree viewer. IcyTree is entirely client-side - you only need an internet connection for your browser to download the program.

The latest version is hosted at icytree.org.

This software is free (as in freedom). It is made available under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence version 3, which is contained in this directory in the file named COPYING.

Dependencies

IcyTree includes and uses the following libraries:
