[MetaStation] Adds some missing firelocks between Med and Sci

About The Pull Request

This has been irritating me for awhile, considering the rooms DO have fire alarms, but lack any sort of firelocks themselves. This PR adds firelocks to: Medbay storage, cryo, paramed dispatch, chem lab. Science Ordnance office, and some heavys to the launch room. Also adds a firelock to a sec post table in departures.

Why It's Good For The Game

Consistency. Also Medbay can now not burn down in a fiery blaze.

:cl: Jolly fix: On Meta, NanoTrasen has finally added firelocks to some rooms in Medical, the Ordnance office in science, and a desk in departures. Please avoid lighting as plasma in these airs for now on. /:cl:
