IrcProvider needs a rewrite

Preferably using a new nuget library. The current one is unmaintained and blocks all the fucking time. The thread/task handling in it is atrocious.

Why are we still supporting IRC? As far as I know, we have like 2 people who still use the IRC over discord. If we prioritise discord, we can potentially expand to rich discord support on the DM side by specialising it, as opposed to having to keep it to IRC-simpleton standards.

It's theoretically not impossible to provide direct embed support in DM. What uses cases are you thinking of. IRC is likely sticking around for legacy reasons.
