Synths can't die from being clickdragged when in crit
Description
synth, the most loved caste, can be very easily romania'd by a xeno. worst part is that if the xeno doesn't finish him off he'll be stuck in crit forever, prompting him to ghost so he won't be softlocked which would bar him from being revived in the future

Reproduction Steps
- put synth in crit
- ctrl click to initiate grab
- click on adjacent tiles of synth to push him further away from marines without actually dragging
- abduct him

i did staff for this round and well i didnt see it personally i can confirm a few complaints about the tad were made

I'm mad cuz we have to deal with these bumbling idiots who take a super limited job which is quite literally the ultimate support and on top of that, take the only alternate supportive mode of transportation and crash it in the middle of fuck nowhere alone. I may play xeno more than marine. But it's a stupidity that hurts either way.
