Zooming out through binoc or scope changes screen ratio

Description

When using binocs and T47 scope zoom, the ratio of the screen will change so as to become narrower and overall smaller.

Reproduction Steps

Grab binoc or gun with scope Keep an eye on the boundary that separates the screen and the game panel/chat Use binoc or scope Watch as the boundary gets pushed leftward, reducing the total size of the screen

Not really a bug, scoping just specifies how much zoom you have, and how much offset. It was never designed for widescreen. Incidentally scoping always lags me since we went wide screen, RIP.

It is laggy because the game is changing ratio and then autofitting each time, which seems like a pretty big oversight. Funnily enough miniscopes aren't affected, probably because they only move the camera a certain distance rather than dictating a new view distance.
