Tables made in canvas cards don't work properly

Describe the bug Tables don't seem to work in cards, the tab table creation doesn't work (it just indents the line), and all of the advanced table controls do not work when clicked. Tables still function as expected when editing a normal text document.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create canvas document.
  2. Create card
  3. Try to make the table or click one of the buttons, or adding new row or column.

Expected behavior To make or edit tables.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Obsidian Version: v1.1.9
  • Advanced Tables Version: 0.18.1

Additional context I also have Dataview 0.5.55 installed.

I do not plan to add support for Canvas to this plugin. Pull requests are welcome though!
