Is it possible to make it show an animation for push to talk activation/deactivation notifications or to make it show when I am emitting sound output in an audio call/channel?

There are a limited number of RPC events available. https://discord.com/developers/docs/topics/rpc#commands-and-events-rpc-events

There is a speaking event that could trigger an animation...
