@aboch I addressed your feedback and reverted the initial suggestion of the capability. The proposal is now back to the original approach. I left out the gateway opt out decision...

@mrjana @aboch Any feedback on what is left to get this merged? It is blocking various people wanting to run IPv6 only containers.

@mrjana Isn't that option already there in the form of `--enable-ipv6`. It's an explicit opt-in already.

This is not merged yet.

I talked to Patrick McHardy and he will be submitting netlink-mmap soon.
