Curses Output: gwidth option is broken

how to reproduce:

1. run bmon ./bmon -o curses:graph -o curses:details -ocurses:ngraph=8 -ocurses:gwidth=120 -p eth0

2. press a button to start a record It goes back to 60n (default value)
